Song write and record in an exclusive one on one 2 day course with chart topping songwriter and musician.
This is London’s only songwriting course of this kind and of this calibre. Your teacher has had international chart success as a songwriter and recording artist, as well as performing in front of crowds of up to 30,000. Her teaching experiences ranges from teaching Grammy Award winners, Number 1 selling producers and songwriters and a large amount of up and coming singer songwriters.
The lessons will be tailor made to suit the individual student. weather you are a complete beginner in music or have been playing an instrument or have been songwriting for years.
In the course, you will study the fundamentals of contemporary music and songwriting, chord composition, accenting different rhythms to make even the simplest of chord progressions different to the other millions of songs using the same progression, melody and harmony, lyrics and song concepts.
Using all of this knowledge, you will then go on to write one or more songs with your teacher in the genre of your choice and at the end of the course, either you or your teacher will record and perform the song as a highly polished acoustic piano vocal or guitar vocal demo.
Your teacher has access to the best session musicians and producers in London and the option of producing your song to radio standard with your choice of instrumentation and production is also available at an extra cost.
The producers your teacher has access to, have recently worked with the likes of: Emili Sande, Mumford and Sons, Ellie Goulding, Sigala, Craig David, Skepta, James Morrison and Jessie Ware to name a few.
You don’t need to be able to play an instrument or sing but if that is also your goal we can extend your course to include weekly piano and / or singing lessons.
You will leave this course with an abundance of knowledge and tools to go on to writing more songs by yourself.
