This piano teacher has a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Piano Performance, including a minor in Pedagogy, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. She has been teaching piano lessons since 1992 privately and in schools. In her extensive performance career, this piano teacher has performed many solo piano recitals for graduation performances and various competitions in concert venues throughout the US, and has accompanied vocalists and instrumentalists on piano, as well as performing in musical theatre and opera productions including a position as an opera accompanist for Anchorage Opera. Shaunna has also performed with chamber ensembles and orchestras, including one performance in The Hague, Holland, as well as with piano trios, duos, quintets, and contemporary ensembles.
