Our piano teacher, Alyse, offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Masters of Music degree in Piano Pedagogy and Performance, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. She has been teaching piano lessons since 2015. Alyse is a multi-instrumentalist, piano performer, and teacher. Throughout her academic career, she has performed as a classical solo pianist and with chamber and large ensembles. This piano teacher has performed in Louisville and in Philadelphia playing piano and singing popular tunes from the 60s to today. Along with piano, she also plays a variety of musical instruments in various band settings. Due to having a wide range of piano performing experience, this piano teacher is qualified to teach just about any genre of music. Although she has completed her formal music training, this piano teacher considers herself a lifelong learner and believes that the best piano teachers not only shape great minds but always continue to educate themselves. Alyse continues to perform and learn new piano repertoire every year in order to challenge herself and garner new experiences to pass on to her piano students.
