Maria: Online Piano Teacher
Our online/Skype piano teacher Maria offers classical piano lessons for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Maria has been teaching piano lessons since 2015. This piano teacher combines teaching with an international performance career. She has acquired extensive experience as an accompanist, chamber musician, and orchestral pianist and has performed at festivals, concerts, and rehearsals alongside world-class instrumentalists. Maria is honoured to hold the title of ’Holder of the Diploma of Excellence’ in recognition of her educational and musical achievements, which was presented to her from the office of the Prime Minister of Romania upon receiving first place in the ’Romanian Olympiad’ music competition, the most prestigious national music competition in Romania. She has performed recitals in major venues in the United Kingdom, Italy, Lithuania, Romania, and Germany, among others. Maria has been working as a peripatetic teacher for many years and has acquired experience helping students of all levels, ages, and abilities to develop confidence, overcome their difficulties, and acquire a lifelong love of music. This piano teacher encourages all her students to develop their own creative spirit and be proactive. In her lessons she strives to provide opportunities for students to explore, discover, create, and imagine.
