Xi: Online Piano Teacher
Our online/Skype piano teacher Xi offers classical piano lessons for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher is pursuing her Master of Music degree and has a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Xi has been teaching piano lessons since 2015. This piano teacher has held solo piano recitals and collaborative recitals in both the USA and China. Recent performances include the Canada International Piano Competition, the Lima Symphony Concerto Competition Finalists Concert, and her solo piano recital featuring Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition. She is a sought-after piano accompanist for instrumentalists, vocalists, and children’s choirs, has assisted in opera ensemble rehearsal and coaching, and regularly accompanies for church services and choirs. This piano teacher has participated in and successfully won several competitions, including Western Graduate Research Scholarship, Dr. Sherwood Fox Music Fellowship Award, Bravo Music Awards, BGSU Conrad Art Song Competition, and the Lima Symphony Piano Concerto Competition. Xi believes that music is not only a way of communication, but also an efficient tool for people to speak their minds, and a bridge that provides an opportunity to connect various people to each other. She is determined to develop her own teaching method that merges different cultural aspects with her own characteristics and is approachable to all kinds of students.
