Shanelle: Online Piano Teacher
Our online piano teacher Shanelle offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music Education degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Shanelle has been teaching piano lessons since 2012. Shanelle is an accompanist to various students appearing for examinations or concerts. She helps to facilitate student recital preparation, support ensemble rehearsal, and coordinate periodic studio classes for music students. She is an overseas consultant at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, U.K., to promote specialist courses for music teachers and leaders in India. She is also a co-host for a music education podcast— Out of the Box through Offset Education— which highlights the trends in music education in India. To guide teachers towards certification, Shanelle was part of a webinar organized with Trinity College London in 2020, which highlighted the process for obtaining the ATCL teaching diploma. Additionally, she enjoys collaborating with the charity organization The Friendship Cabin in the U.K. to provide music, live performances, and activities for their members. Her piano teaching philosophy is a multi-faceted approach, ensuring that music is at the heart of every lesson. Shanelle loves seeing her students grow in their piano journey and hopes to provide them with the skills, inspiration, and confidence they need to embrace any musical opportunity that comes their way.
