Sofia: Online/Skype Piano Teacher
Our online/Skype piano teacher Sofia offers piano lessons in all styles of music for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. Sofia has been teaching piano lessons since 2011. In her career, this piano teacher has composed, performed, and directed music for theatre, including dance plays and musicals, which premiered in Buenos Aires, Argentina at locally famous theatres. She has had the opportunity to direct and play live in "La Piel del Tiempo," which featured moments of improvisation both in music and dance. She considers this to have been an exceptionally enriching experience, as each performance came out completely different. Sofia now focuses her career mainly on performing her own compositions. As a piano accompanist she works with singers, mainly from the musical theatre community, accompanying them at performances. Many of her piano students are singers using piano lessons to better understand harmony and music theory. This piano teacher's qualifications, passion and almost 10 years of teaching experience allow her to offer engaging piano lessons catered to each student. She has had many different students from all kinds of backgrounds, including both kids and adults. Her aim is to transmit her passion and love for the piano, and music in general, in every lesson.
