Nevena: Online/Skype Piano Teacher
Our online/Skype piano teacher Nevena offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Master of Music Arts degree and years of experience as piano educator, accompanist, and performer. Nevena has been teaching piano lessons since 2009. During her career, she performed as a solo artist in Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Italy. She has won dozens of prizes in national and international piano competitions. Performing as a soloist with a symphonic orchestra in her hometown of Nis, Serbia, she played Beethoven's 3rd Piano Concerto and Mozart's KV 488. For years, Nevena played in a piano duo, performing across Serbia and winning first prize in the International Piano Competition in Nis. Playing on keyboard she formed a quartet with her colleagues (two guitarists and a harpist), connecting these four instruments in a very unusual and interdisciplinary way and playing compositions from the Baroque era through to the 20th Century. Nevena works as a professional piano accompanist, performing with choirs and colleagues and accompanying pupils for both concerts and competitions. Her clients are always pleased with her high level of professionalism and sensible listening skills that allow her to always follow the soloist. Many of this piano teacher’s students have won first prizes and Laureates, and they and their parents have given her many positive reviews. Nevena's teaching methods range from classical piano lessons to interdisciplinary techniques (using movements, games, and different kinds of exercises), always with the goal of getting the most out of the student's potential. Once she gets to know the student and hears his/her wishes and aims, she develops an individual path, program, and didactic method based on the student's level and personality.
