Alison: Online/Skype Piano Teacher
Our online/Skype piano teacher, Alison, offers classical piano lessons for ages 5 and above, from beginner to advanced. She has a Master of Music degree, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. She has been teaching piano lessons since 2014. This piano teacher performs regularly as a solo pianist for private events and concerts, as well as with chamber ensembles. She is a sought-after piano accompanist for instrumentalists, such as violin and bassoon, and for exam students. During her piano studies, she won the National Encouragement Scholarship and the Second Prize Scholarship. In 2016, she participated in the Cross-Strait Taiwan Strait Cup Music Competition and in the Korea and China Communication Music Competition, and received the silver prize in both. This piano teacher's educational training and vast professional experience allow her to deliver an engaging approach to teaching, with a highly developed principled knowledge of the learning needs and approaches required for children, as well as maintaining the balance between professionalism and light-hearted play.
