Alex: Online/Skype Piano Teacher
Our online/Skype piano teacher, Alex, offers classical and pop/rock piano lessons for ages 6 and above, from beginner to advanced. This piano teacher has a Bachelor of Music degree, and a wealth of experience both teaching and performing on piano. He has been teaching piano lessons since 2013. This piano teacher was a Yorkshire Regional Finalist in the Aireborough Rotary Club competition for young musicians during sixth form. He has also received the Irene Martin pianoforte prize in 2015 for an outstanding performance grade during the district of Bradford music exam season. Furthermore, he has performed many solo piano recitals in classical and popular music styles in a number of local venues, as well as played with bands, ensembles, and a popular music trio. He has accompanied a number of vocal groups, such as the University of Birmingham SATB and SSA choirs for rehearsals, the University Gilbert and Sullivan Society, the JP Vocal Assembly based in Leeds, and a number of players and vocalists for concerts, competitions, rehearsals, and recordings throughout his time at university and through his employment with the Whitehouse Music Service, Alvechurch. Having taught piano for a number of years to a number of different age groups and levels, this piano teacher is comfortable in engaging any student to enjoy and love playing piano, whilst simultaneously adapting to what they wish to learn and the areas they are most interested in.
